I need a experience programmer in java and java script to develope a program for students webcam site connected, and I would like to explain what I need .

1- Login with user , password and type (Student/Teacher/Moderator)
We provide the three mysql table structure.

2 - When I execute this module or option, I can see all the students webcams alive connected in this moment, normally will be until 20 at the same time. This camera have to appear with the nick and in brakets (x) if it is a S / T or M ,and must have a rollbar at the right to move or a mouse cursor to change the size of the cameras windows.

3 - At the botton or down, a windows have to appear for chat with all, with the option availables , like change colors, fonts, icons , send files or emoticons and all this features requerided in all chats , without multimedia.

4 - When I double click o­n the Connected Cam that I select I can chat o­ne to o­ne with this cam, remember also my cam have to be seen if it is connected, otherwise must show a disconnected picture. In this case the chat must have multimedia , for comunications o­ne to o­ne, and options to send files.

5 - If you have another idea to improve better this module site, let me know.

6 - Is very important to quote or budget in american dollars,  also we have another program to be made and we want to use the same developer.

7 - Let me know if it is necesary to have a dedicated server, because we have a shared hosting with java, jsp , mysql, tomcat ,etc., but for testing I thing will be enought.
